Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing time, cost, quality, safety, and communication, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with the client s expectations and organizational standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Prepare detailed project execution plans including timelines, resources, and budget. Manage all phases of the interior fit-out project including civil, MEP, carpentry, finishing, and furniture installation. Liaise with design team, consultants, and clients for approvals and design coordination.

Site Management:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors to maintain progress as per schedule. Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Budget & Cost Control:

Track project expenses and ensure the project stays within budget. Evaluate contractor and vendor bills and verify work done on-site. Raise material and labor requirements in a timely manner.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

Appoint and manage subcontractors and vendors for various packages. Ensure timely deliveries and completion of assigned scope. Resolve any disputes or performance issues on-site

Client Communication & Reporting:

Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants. Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and senior management. Address client concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction

Documentation & Compliance:

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and materials Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
