You will be responsible for conducting daily client interactions through outbound calls and follow-ups to engage potential and existing clients. Your role will involve introducing company services, scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate communication logs and follow-ups in the CRM, as well as coordinating with internal teams for timely updates and feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily client interactions through outbound calls and follow-ups - Engage potential and existing clients to introduce company services and schedule meetings - Maintain accurate communication logs and follow-ups in the CRM - Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates and feedback Qualifications Required: - Excellent spoken and written English - Confident on the phone with good listening and soft skills - Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools (training provided) - Self-motivated, punctual, and target-driven - Freshers welcome; prior calling experience a plus In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications required, the company offers a fixed salary with incentives, training, and growth opportunities into Business Development or Account Management roles.
