Job Description

*Department: Business Development / Client Servicing*

We're looking for an energetic and fluent English speaker to handle daily client calling and follow-ups. The role involves making multiple outbound calls, engaging with clients, and maintaining clear communication records. Perfect for someone confident, organized, and eager to grow in a client-facing role.

*Key Responsibilities*

Conduct daily client interactions through outbound calls and follow-ups

Engage potential and existing clients to introduce company services and schedule meetings

Maintain accurate communication logs and follow-ups in the CRM

Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates and feedback

*Requirements*

Excellent spoken and written English

Confident on phone with good listening and soft skills

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM tools (training provided)

Self-motivated, punctual, and target-driven

Freshers welcome; prior calling experience a plus
