Pixel Potion partners with ambitious brands in the food, café, lifestyle, media and D2C space, helping them scale through sharp branding, standout design, scroll-worthy content, high-performance, websites and marketing strategy.

As we grow, we’re looking for a driven closer who can turn conversations into conversions without fluffing or handholding.

About the Role

As a Lead Generation & Closing Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our growth, spotting opportunities, initiating conversations, qualifying prospects and closing deals with confidence.

You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to bring in projects that align with Pixel Potion’s standards.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, research, and target high value leads across industries.
• Run personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and social channels.
• Qualify prospects and push them toward discovery or strategy calls.
• Pitch Pixel Potion’s services clearly and confidently, no script selling.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals end-to-end.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and report weekly conversions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure seamless onboarding and client handover.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or closing.
• Strong command over communication, persuasion and objection handling.
• Understanding of agency services (branding, design, content, websites, marketing).
• Ability to think fast, ask smart questions and tailor pitches on the spot.
• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable-owning results from start to finish.

Compensation

Earn 8–10% commission on every deal you close.

No ceiling. The more you bring in, the more you make.

📍 Remote (Delhi NCR preferred)
