Client Acquisition Manager - Influencer Marketing Agency

As the Client & Campaign Manager, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for client accounts. You will be developing influencer marketing strategies tailored to each brand's objectives and managing the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns. This includes influencer sourcing, briefing, content reviews, timelines, and reporting. Your role will also involve ensuring that deliverables meet brand guidelines, timelines, and campaign KPIs. Monitoring campaign success through detailed performance analytics and optimizing accordingly will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts - Develop influencer marketing strategies tailored to each brand's objectives - Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns - Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines, timelines, and campaign KPIs - Monitor campaign success through detailed performance analytics and optimize accordingly In addition to client and campaign management, you will also be involved in Brand Onboarding & Business Development. This will include actively pitching the agency's services and campaign ideas to potential brand partners, onboarding new clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-impact proposals. Furthermore, as part of your role, you will need to stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and creator opportunities. Maintaining relationships with a network of influencers and platforms to quickly source relevant talent will be crucial for success in this position. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or account/client management - Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships - Confident in pitching ideas, storytelling, and handling objections - Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools - Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities - A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for individuals with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
