About Us:

Velodata Global is a recruitment consultancy supporting IT and Non-IT organizations across India with permanent and contract staffing solutions. We are now expanding client partnerships in Bangalore.


Role Overview:

You will contact HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Founders of companies in Bangalore to introduce our hiring services, share our profile, and schedule meetings with our founder.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify companies hiring in Bangalore (LinkedIn, Naukri, Google)
  • Make

    35–40 calls per day

    to HRs and Founders
  • Send introduction emails / WhatsApp messages
  • Maintain a lead tracker in Google Sheets
  • Schedule calls/meetings between HR and Velodata’s Founder
  • Share daily call reports


Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication in English
  • Confident to speak to HRs / senior professionals
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Prior experience in telecalling / HR sales preferred
