As an Inside Sales Executive at Signal Expert Global, your role involves client acquisition, retention, and relationship management to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales plans effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for new clients. - Identify and engage potential clients through calls, messages, and virtual meetings. - Assist clients in determining the ideal service combination for revenue generation. - Educate clients on trading essentials, company services, market risks, and recommend strategies based on their risk profile. - Maintain accurate client progress records in CRM. - Stay updated on market trends and current affairs to provide valuable assistance to global traders and investors. - Meet monthly revenue targets through client acquisition. Qualifications: - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience in Client Acquisition and Inside Sales. - Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass Sales targets. - Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and nurture client relationships. - Experience in the finance or trading industry would be advantageous. - Immediate Joiners Preferred.,
