Client Account Services Senior Analyst

In this role at DTCC, as a member of the Client Account Services team, you will have a significant impact by leading key new member onboarding and account lifecycle activities. Your responsibilities will include delivering professional guidance to applicants during risk and legal assessment phases, managing anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) validations, and overseeing critical processes such as account additions, mergers, acquisitions, and retirements. **Your Primary Responsibilities:** - Support onboarding of new accounts by managing risk and legal documentation through DTCC's Membership Application Portal - Review and accept new sales contracts and amendments/addendums to ensure compliance - Respond directly to applicants/clients through various communication mediums - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and lifecycle activities - Update and maintain data in DTCC's systems - Perform AML and KYC validations for new onboardings and regular refreshes - Compile reporting for internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and auditors/regulators - Support new product initiatives related to client account processes - Function effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment - Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration - Maintain a strong work ethic, focus on results, and align with risk and control processes **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of related experience - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience In order to succeed in this role, you should adhere to established rules and procedures, take personal accountability for driving work forward, present information clearly, and be willing to challenge established views with new ideas.
