Clerk/Receptionist

Opportunity for Clerk/Receptionist for our hospital in Mahim on yearly fixed term renewable contract

Location: Mahim

Qualification: Graduation is a must

Experience: 3+ years

Clerical staff performs various front-facing and backend activities right from New Patient Registration, Consultation and Service billing, Refunds, Credit party bills compilation to manning the Reports Delivery section, tally work compilation, Appointment scheduling, cancellation etc.

·         To work amicably, closely liaison with various service provider teams including Colleagues, Supervisory staff, Doctors, Technicians, Attendants and other health professionals in a collaborative manner to enhance the functioning of the Department

·         To abide by Hospital Rules and Regulations so as to ensure department working is not hampered, visiting Patient’s not inconvenienced

·         Assigned to –

o   Billing Reception Counters

o   Reports Delivery Counter

o   Back-office activities
