Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Secretary role located in Mumbai. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, administrative assistance, communication with staff and patients, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience in Scheduling appointments
  • Customer Service orientation
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, associate’s degree preferred
