• Telecom CRM, Order Management, and Business Portals operation support experience for at least 10+ years with any leading telecom operator
• Experience in leading Amdocs Clarify Operation team for at least 4 years
• Experience in leading Operations for business portal applications for telecom industrye
• Extensive knowledge in ClearBasic, PL/SQL, Java/C#, Shell scripting/Perl
• Responsible for -
o Order to cash flow
o Manage fallouts
o Case management
o Provisioning
• Well versed with ITSM processes, Tools like Jira and ServiceNow
• Expertise in Unix, PL/SQL and Cron/Batch Job scheduling is mandatory.
• Knowledge of AppDynamics is desirable
• Good understanding of core Amdocs Clarify modules will be added advantage
o ddcomp
o ClearBasic
o Rule Manager
o Form Editor
o Data Dictionary Editor
• Work in 24 x 7 shift.
