  • Customer Interaction

    : You will be responsible for end to end support for

    . This involves guiding customers on claim submission requirements and coordinating with hospitals, insurance teams, and customers to ensure a smooth and timely process.

    : You'll resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure a complete resolution.
  • Communication & Policy

    : You must be able to follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
