Job Description

As a Claims Analyst at Teamware in Mumbai, your role will involve handling claim-related data entry tasks to support mailed letters and claim forms. You will proactively review active cases to ensure timely and effective handling of mail and web correspondence, escalating any questions or potential challenges identified. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing various legal documents, reports, and records, ensuring accurate record-keeping and time tracking. Adhering to estimates and deadlines for completion of assigned tasks/projects is crucial, alongside supporting project teams in claim review completion. Communication with project team members, both verbally and in writing, is essential to ensure appropriate understanding of all projects. Tracking all hours worked on each project accurately is also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle claim-related data entry tasks - Proactively review active cases for timely handling of correspondence - Review and analyze legal documents, reports, and records - Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking - Adhere to estimates and deadlines for tasks/projects - Support project teams in claim review completion - Communicate effectively with project team members - Track all hours worked on each project accurately Qualifications Required: - Attention to detail - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Experience in the legal field or service industry preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Critical thinking skills - Ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, please share your CV to manasa.a@twsol.com.,
