Claims Management Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Assess claims to determine coverage eligibility and benefit entitlements according to policy terms and regulatory guidelines. - Conduct thorough research to validate policy details, support documentation, and calculate the correct benefit amount. - Review proof of employment, salary history, and other information necessary to calculate benefits for Pensions claims. - Verify information and eligibility for Pensions claims benefits. - Comply with all regulatory requirements, procedures, and State/Local regulations. - Research and respond to queries/requests from Business Partners/Client Support Teams promptly. - Participate actively in process improvements and automation. - Ensure adherence to Quality Control standards and prioritize high-value transactions effectively. - Complete assigned responsibilities, projects within timelines, and manage daily BAU efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream. - Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Good typing skills and attention to detail. - Good time management skills with the ability to work independently. Please note that this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UK Life, Pensions, and Investment domain, specifically in Claims processing. Experience in U.S. retirement services will also be considered.
