Job Description

As a Claims Management Associate at Accenture, your role will involve assessing claims, conducting thorough research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Your qualifications should include a graduation degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UK Life, Pensions, and Investment domain. It is essential to have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and excellent organizational abilities. Your responsibilities will include determining coverage eligibility, validating policy details, and responding to queries from Business Partners/Client Support Teams promptly. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to process improvements, adhere to Quality Control standards, and manage daily tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Assess claims to determine coverage eligibility and benefit entitlements according to policy terms and regulatory guidelines. - Conduct thorough research to validate policy details, support documentation, and calculate the correct benefit amount. - Review proof of employment, salary history, and other information necessary to calculate benefits for Pensions claims. - Verify information and eligibility for Pensions claims benefits. - Comply with all regulatory requirements, procedures, and State/Local regulations. - Research and respond to queries/requests from Business Partners/Client Support Teams promptly. - Participate actively in process improvements and automation. - Ensure adherence to Quality Control standards and prioritize high-value transactions effectively. - Complete assigned responsibilities, projects within timelines, and manage daily BAU efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream. - Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Good typing skills and attention to detail. - Good time management skills with the ability to work independently. Please note that this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UK Life, Pensions, and Investment domain, specifically in Claims processing. Experience in U.S. retirement services will also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential for reporting, documentation, and daily operations.
