Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: Fixed Night Shift (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Transport: One-way cab provided for drop

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Associates with experience in claims

processing, claims adjudication, and US healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will have a

strong understanding of healthcare claim workflows and demonstrate accuracy, eƯiciency, and

professionalism in handling sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities

 Review, analyze, and process healthcare claims in accordance with US healthcare

guidelines

 Perform claims adjudication with attention to accuracy and compliance

 Ensure timely resolution of claim discrepancies and maintain documentation

standards.

 Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex claim issues

 Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum 5 months of experience in claims processing or adjudication

 Familiarity with US healthcare terminologies and insurance workflows

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication and documentation abilities

 Ability to work eƯectively in a night shift environment
