• Experience Required:

  2–3 Years a Civil Supervisor in industrial or commercial construction projects.

Job Summary:

Civil Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all civil work related to infrastructure within the factory premises (new constructions, renovations, layouts, and structural modifications).
• Coordinate and monitor daily site activities including

  plywood fitting, sariya (iron/steel) works, tiling, plastering, painting, and other finishing tasks

  .
• Ensure all work is carried out as per safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Read and interpret civil and structural drawings and execute tasks accordingly.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for material availability and work progress.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within the assigned budget and timeline.
• Maintain proper documentation of site work, measurement books, and checklists.
• Ability to read

  engineering/civil drawings

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  civil safety standards

  and practices.
• Strong communication and site coordination skills.
