Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage our civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, with experience in ensuring project compliance, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and budgets.
Conduct site inspections and oversee daily operations on-site.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in civil supervision or construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
