Company Description RMC Manufacturing Plant (60 CBM per hour capacity) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a concrete specialist located in Jharsuguda. The supervisor will oversee the daily activities at the RMC manufacturing unit, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating among different teams, ensuring the adherence to project timelines, and conducting quality control checks. The Civil Supervisor will also be responsible for managing resources efficiently and effectively communicating with his workforce and customers to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Supervisory and Site Supervision skills Experience in operating and supervising a concrete manufacturing of similar capacity plant for at least 5 years. Experience in on-site management and operations Proficiency in Quality Control Relevant certifications or degrees in Civil Engineering or related fields
