Job Description

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments to

    suppliers, contractors, and employee salaries

    accurately and on time.
  • Perform

    daily cash and bank closing

    , and maintain related registers.
  • Manage company funds and ensure proper

    fund flow and utilization

    .
  • Issue

    money receipts

    to customers and maintain proper records.
  • Handle

    loan interest payments

    every month and ensure timely disbursement.
  • Maintain and update the

    cheque register

    regularly.
  • Assist with other day-to-day accounts-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  • 23 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of

    basic accounting principles

  • Working knowledge of

    Tally / MS Office / accounting software

    .
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
