Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site civil construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and construction work according to the project plan and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards on-site.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, structural plans, and BOQs.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labour deployment.
• Liaise with management regarding any site issues or delays.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools, machinery, and materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and construction site protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
