Civil Store Assistant

You will be responsible for managing and fulfilling the day-to-day material demand across construction sites in Ahmedabad, India. Your role will involve overseeing the inventory on the construction sites, ensuring efficient handling of materials, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically skilled, and capable of multitasking. Your key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining inventory of construction materials, tools, and machinery, receiving and organizing incoming stock, updating inventory management systems, collaborating with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials, identifying and managing defective items, and assisting with loading/unloading materials and coordinating dispatch. To qualify for this role, you should have a High School diploma or Equivalent, with at least 1 year of prior experience in store management or inventory handling, preferably in the building construction sector. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, knowledge of construction materials and tools, strong organizational and multitasking skills are required. This is a full-time, permanent position that will require you to work on-site. You will be part of the Store Department in the Engineering & Construction industry.
