Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing billing and payments, supervising labor, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per project plans and timelines.
• Manage vendor coordination, billing, and payment processes.
• Supervise on-site labor, monitor productivity, and maintain attendance and deployment records.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for seamless workflow.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to site activities, materials, and progress.
• Promote effective communication between site and head office teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
