Civil Site Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Civil Site Supervisor at Electropath Services India Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for supervising and executing civil construction work for building and road construction projects in the Latur, Dharashiv (Osmanabad), and nearby project sites. Your role will involve ensuring quality control, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring site activities, managing materials, maintaining reports, and ensuring safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and execute civil construction work for buildings, internal roads, foundations, and RCC structures - Ensure quality control and adherence to technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications - Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor workforce - Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely progress - Manage material stock, consumption, and site-level reporting - Maintain daily work logs, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and material usage sheets - Supervise and inspect shuttering, concreting, plastering, brickwork, excavation, and road layering - Resolve site-level issues and report critical problems to the Project Manager - Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage by all workers Qualification Required: - Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) - B.E.
