Civil Site Supervisor

JVM Architects is seeking a proactive, responsible, and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of leadership, a hands-on approach to managing construction sites, and a keen interest in ensuring quality execution. In addition to site responsibilities, the candidate should be capable of supporting the office team with design-related tasks using AutoCAD and SketchUp. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable taking charge on-site and contributing to design and drafting work in the office. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers Ensure timely execution of work as per drawings and specifications Identify and resolve issues on-site with a solution-oriented mindset Maintain site documentation, updates, and progress reports Collaborate with architects and designers on changes or adjustments Use AutoCAD and SketchUp to support design and drawing work in the office when required Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision (freshers with strong commitment and skillsets may also apply) Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel to and manage different sites as needed Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Based in Kerala or willing to relocate to Kochi Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
