Civil Site Engineer

As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities at various sites including residential and airport projects. Your role will involve conducting daily site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly, and ensuring quality assurance by coordinating with contractors and design teams. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery and storage of construction materials, enforcing safety protocols on-site, and maintaining accurate on-site records. In addition, you will assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and schedules, as well as coordinating with project managers and other teams to ensure timely project delivery. Monitoring project progress, providing regular updates to senior management, tracking material procurement, and assisting in resource planning and allocation for various projects will also be part of your responsibilities. You will identify and resolve potential delays or bottlenecks in project timelines, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements while maintaining proper documentation of project-related documents. The ideal candidate for this role will have less than 1 year to 1 year of experience as a Civil Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry, with a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in the field. Freshers with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of planning software are desired. Basic knowledge of interior fit-out and construction processes will be an advantage, and willingness to relocate to Mumbai or Chennai is required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with airport construction projects and a strong understanding of structural design and analysis.
