Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design & Drafting Support: Assist in preparing detailed engineering drawings and plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Perform basic engineering calculations (e.g., quantity take-offs, simple load calculations) as directed. Site and Field Work: Conduct site visits, surveys, and data collection (e.g., soil samples, measurements) to support design and construction. Serve as a point of contact between the site crew and the design team for technical clarifications. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, progress reports, and project logs. Assist in compiling cost estimations and material requirements lists. Compliance: Ensure all site activities and documentation comply with basic safety regulations and quality control standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships are highly valued). Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD or other industry-standard drafting software; strong mathematical and analytical skills; and excellent communication (written and verbal).
