Civil Site Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Civil Site Engineer, where you will be responsible for managing and executing civil engineering projects from start to finish. Your role will involve overseeing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and resolving any technical issues on-site. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. - Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel. - Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions. - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and material records. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. - Manage project budgets and resources effectively. - Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. - Resolve technical issues and provide solutions on-site. - Forecast material requirements and coordinate procurement. - Conduct quantity surveys and estimations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in civil site engineering. - Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques. - Proficiency in using relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools. - Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Details: Experience relevant to Villas will be more preferable and an added advantage.
