Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:
• Oversee and coordinate all civil engineering activities on construction sites.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Inspect and verify the quality of construction work.
• Site Planning and Layout:
• Assist in the preparation of site layout plans and construction schedules.
• Ensure proper site preparation and setting out.
• Quality Control:
• Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and construction work.
• Safety Management:
• Promote and enforce safety standards and procedures on the construction site.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, drawings, and records.
• Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working on construction projects in India is preferred.
