Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the residential real estate sector. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, manage construction activities, and ensure project completion within set timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision: Direct and oversee construction activities at the site to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure all work is conducted to the highest standards.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of construction plans.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and safety codes.
Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, including completion milestones and any issues encountered.
Software Proficiency: MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the residential real estate sector.
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related degree.
Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management.
