Key Responsibilities Supervision and Coordination: Oversee all finishing works such as tiling, plastering, painting, false ceilings, carpentry, and flooring. Quality Control: Ensure all finishing work meets project specifications, design intent, and quality standards through inspections and tests. Material Management: Verify the quality of incoming materials, approve them, and ensure their proper use and storage to minimize wastage. Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of activities. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any defects, issues, or problems that arise during the finishing process to avoid delays. Scheduling and Reporting: Assist in preparing project schedules and budgets, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all finishing activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Final Inspection and Handover: Participate in snagging inspections and the final handover process to ensure the project is delivered flawlessly.
