Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team in the Real Estate, Residential sector. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience and hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree. The role involves managing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Supervision: Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the project meets required standards and specifications.
• Construction Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Resource Management: Manage manpower and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or residential construction sector.
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and safety regulations.

• Experience with residential projects
