Job Overview:

As an Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects within industrial environments. This role involves ensuring the structural integrity of facilities, optimizing processes, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Design:

- Develop detailed project plans, considering budget constraints and timelines.

- Design and draft construction plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Utilize engineering software for structural analysis and design.

2. Construction Oversight:

- Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.

- Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.

3. Infrastructure Optimization:

- Evaluate and optimize industrial processes and systems for efficiency and functionality.

- Identify opportunities for improvements in infrastructure and recommend enhancements.

4. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Implement safety protocols and standards to maintain a secure working environment.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, environmental engineers, and project managers.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including design drawings, reports, and correspondence.

- Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

7. Client Relationship Management:

- Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and project delivery.

- Address client concerns and provide timely updates on project status.

8. Certification of work quantity.

Invoicing and Checking of Sub-contractors Bills as per actual measurement at site.

Maintaining quality of work and interaction with Client / TPA.
