Implementation of FQP & SOPs -Civil & Structural • Initiate source approval of construction materials • Initiate & Witness construction material testing & Design Mix • Ensure functioning of site material testing laboratory • Inward material inspection & Periodic testing at site lab • Conduct training for Contractor supervisors & workmen • Inspection of Rebar, Formwork & Concrete pouring at Switchyard, Control rooms & Transformer foundation • Ensure Quality control of concrete • Inspection of Concrete pile foundations /MMS Erection & Module mounting • Inspection of Cable trench, Road, Drainage & Boundary wall • Identify gaps, Initiate NCR (Non- Conformity Report) and suggest corrective measures to prevent its recurrence • Close coordination with customer quality team to understand their concerns (Least Satisfied Areas/ Scope for Improvement) • Develop shared platform for Best Construction Practices/ Recurring quality issues, if any • Reporting Non-Conformance, Identifying Route Cause and recommending corrective actions & Verification of corrective action. • Weekly inspection report • Project documentation
