Job Description

Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects as per drawings and specifications.
Supervise site activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project status to management.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Estimate quantities, prepare BOQs, and check contractor bills.
Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients for approvals and project progress.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), and MS Office.
Good understanding of project cost estimation and billing.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–4 years of relevant work experience in civil project execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
