Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Project Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project execution, ensuring quality control of the project, coordinating with various clients, and assisting in delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines. Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide solutions to mitigate delays. Support the project manager in executing project plans and maintaining efficiency. Site Coordination & Supervision: Work closely with sub-contractors and site engineers to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. Technical & Quality Assurance: Interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements to guide site teams. Ensure quality control measures are met in all construction phases. Collaborate with design teams to address discrepancies in plans or specifications. Budget & Cost Management: Assist in tracking project budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate with procurement teams for material sourcing and vendor management. Verify invoices and ensure cost control measures are in place. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, RFIs, and daily logs. Prepare technical reports and provide updates to the site engineers and senior management. Ensure proper record-keeping of drawings, permits, and compliance documents. Qualifications & Skills: B.Tech Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5-7 years of experience in construction project management or site engineering. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in commercial/infrastructure projects such as high rise buildings and highway construction. Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. Why Join Us?
