A Precast Production Engineer manages the entire process of manufacturing precast concrete elements, from production scheduling and resource allocation to quality assurance, implementation of production systems and labour management. They ensure that precast elements are produced on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and machinery, to optimize production efficiency.
