Hiring: Civil Planning Engineer
Location: Konsari, Gadchiroli, MaharashtraPosition: Civil Planning EngineerQualification: B.E. Civil Experience: 6 to 8 Years (Commercial & Residential Projects) Accommodation & Food: ProvidedRole Overview: We’re looking for a Civil Planning Engineer with 6–8 years of solid experience in commercial and residential structures to join our project team in Gadchiroli. If you're passionate about planning, scheduling, and driving project success, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and execute construction projects ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.Prepare detailed schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project and develop WBS.Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors.Monitor project progress, handle risk assessments, and document changes (EOT claims, etc.).Generate progress reports and cash flow forecasts.Ensure site safety compliance and regulatory adherence.Optimize resources and lead junior engineers where required.Additional Benefits:Living and food accommodation available on-site.Opportunity to work on diversified commercial and residential projects.Collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growth.
