Civil Interior(Urgently Required)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Interior Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out and finishing works. The role involves supervising on-site execution, coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors, and ensuring quality workmanship within set timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil & interior works, attention to detail, and the ability to manage site activities efficiently.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Interior Engineer to manage and execute interior fit-out and civil works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor civil & interior works such as block work,partitions, flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, Fabrication work,etc. & basic knowledge of MEP execution.

Study drawings and BOQs to execute work as per design and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure material quality, proper installation, and workmanship at site.

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and work schedules.

Manage manpower, site resources, and resolve on-site issues.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out & civil execution.

Ability to read drawings and handle BOQs.

Proficiency in MS Office / AutoCAD (preferred).

Good communication & site management skills.

Willingness to travel / work at project sites.
