Your role will involve ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate all civil works for real estate and housing projects, ensuring alignment with project plans and quality standards. - Manage subcontractors and construction workers efficiently. - Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building codes. - Oversee the installation of infrastructure such as roads, drainage, and utilities for both real estate and solar projects. - Lead civil works for ground-mounted and rooftop solar installations, working closely with electrical and mechanical teams. - Ensure proper excavation, trenching, and cable management for solar projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in real estate and solar projects. - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Strong technical knowledge of building construction, infrastructure development, and solar mounting structures. - Ability to work with AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction planning software. - Leadership skills, safety compliance understanding, proficiency in English, and a valid 4-wheel driving license for site visits.
