Job Description

Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with approved drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Apply strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
Prepare and submit DM-related documents for permits, inspections, and completion certificates.
Liaise with DM engineers and inspectors, attending site visits and technical meetings.
Review drawings, calculations, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project and DM standards.
Maintain accurate project records, including daily site reports and progress updates.
Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
in Civil Engineering.
Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) certification
for G+1 projects (mandatory).
Membership
in the UAE Society of Engineers (SOE).
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in UAE construction (with a focus on G+1 projects).
UAE Driving License
(mandatory).
