Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and analyze design drawings, structural details, and construction plans.
Oversee and monitor site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections to check the quality of materials and workmanship.
Estimate quantities, prepare BOQs, and support tender documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Manage project timelines, resources, and reports.
Review subcontractor and vendor work to ensure conformance to standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
Support in resolving design or construction issues during project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles and construction methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or other relevant civil design software.
Understanding of structural design, RCC, steel, and foundation systems.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and site supervision skills.
Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication abilities.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in design and/or site execution (building, infrastructure, or industrial projects).
Experience with MEP coordination or BIM workflow is an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

Certification in AutoCAD / Revit / STAAD Pro.
PMP or Construction Project Management certification (preferred for senior roles).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
