MEP- BIM Fire Modeler

As a Fire BIM Modeler, your primary role will involve modeling and managing three-dimensional digital models of buildings and industries. These models are essential for providing detailed information about the design, construction process, and building usage, which are utilized throughout the building's lifecycle. To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, along with 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Revit modeling. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong English language communication skills are also essential requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating precise 3D BIM models, developing plans and details from these models, taking ownership of the modeling process, and ensuring compliance with industry-wide BIM standards. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to coordinate modeling and drawing activities, as well as identify and resolve potential design issues. Preferred attributes for this role include good organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, a positive and flexible approach to work, and excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
