Job Description: BIM Manager Position Title: BIM Manager Location: Trichy/Chennai Reports To: Discipline head, Operational manager, & General Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Role Description As a BIM Manager, you will lead the implementation of BIM strategies and oversee the execution of projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, advanced technical expertise, and exceptional leadership to drive successful project outcomes and maintain high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas 1. BIM Strategy Implementation Develop and execute BIM strategies that align with organizational goals and project requirements. Ensure that BIM practices enhance efficiency and project delivery. 2. Project Management Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Monitor project progress and address challenges to maintain alignment with client expectations. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding BIM-related aspects. 4. Team Leadership and Coordination Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and deliverables. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. 5. Technical Oversight Utilize advanced BIM tools and coordination platforms to ensure model accuracy and integration. Apply strategic use of scripting tools for automation and optimization. Qualifications and Skills Expected Educational Background Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Technical Proficiency Advanced proficiency in BIM tools and coordination platforms. Strategic application of scripting tools to optimize workflows. Comprehensive understanding of BIM processes and project execution. Personal Attributes Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. Leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication skills for effective client and team interactions. Preferred Knowledge Prior academic experience with BIM software is an advantage. Certification in BIM tools will be beneficial. PMP Certification will be beneficial.
