We’re looking for an experienced senior project manager to lead our on-site and off-site project operations from planning to final handover. Responsibilities: 1. Lead multiple interior and MEP projects. 2. Plan, schedule and monitor all project activities for timely completion. 3. Collaborate with clients, designers, vendors & site teams. 4. Review drawings, BOQs & ensure smooth site execution. 5. Manage cost, quality and safety standards. 6. Guide and mentor project engineers and site staffs. Requirements: 1. Qualification: B.E. / B.TECH in Civil Engineering 2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in interior fit-out / MEP project execution. 3. Excellent leadership, communication and co-ordination skills. 4.the process of invoicing clients for completed work, materials, and other project costs to ensure steady cash flow and profitability. Financial record-keeping: Record all financial transactions, manage the general ledger, and maintain accurate accounting records. Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Budgeting and forecasting: Assist with creating budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Reconciliation and analysis: Reconcile bank statements and other accounts, analyze financial discrepancies, and identify trends. Compliance and auditing: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and assist with internal and external audits. Payments: Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely processing of payments. Taxation: Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time. Process improvement: Help develop and implement new accounting systems and financial policies. Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often required. Experience: Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is necessary. Certifications: Professional certifications like CPA or CMA can be a plus. Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) are essential. Soft skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are crucial. Knowledge: A strong understanding of accounting principles (like GAAP), financial procedures, and tax laws.
