Responsibilities

• Support Civil Sr. Engineer to complete civil engineering project scope activity
• Manage all civil project related deliverables to meet Project and Business objectives as well as In-Service Targets.
• Review and validate Legal Survey documents
• Validate Civil Preliminary drawing, site layout drawings (initial Civil Drawings)
• Support in processing Public Consultation/ Municipal Approval/ NAV Canada Approval, Transport Canada Approval for Site acquisition process
• Manage Civil Site Work Order (CWO) for main site and tie site (if MW transmission is used).
• Complete foundation design based on tower design
• Request a Structural Tower Assessment from Engineer of Record (EOR) for Tower and Rooftop sites (if required) to understand the load capacity of supporting structure
• Able to prepare & review construction Drawing (towers and rooftops) which includes all structural, electrical, elevation drawing as required.
• Civil reinforcement Drawings awareness
• Prepare Civil Material BOM loaded into ADM
• Manage As-build Construction Drawings - ADM (Field Vizion) Checklist
• Post Construction Inspection report (PCI) - ADM (Field Vizion) Checklist
• Establish and maintain communication channels with team members, senior management, equipment vendors, Telcos and third-party operators to ensure project success.
