Civil Engineer/ Site Engineer (Full-Time – Karnal)

Location: Taraori, Karnal

About the Role:

Speedway Builders Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer to oversee on-site construction, project execution, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure work is executed as per design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress records, and material usage logs.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality norms.
• Verify construction drawings, layouts, and measurements.
• Estimate material quantities and assist in procurement planning.
• Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Resolve any technical issues or site-related challenges promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
