Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building structures and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Building Structure Knowledge:

Demonstrate expertise in designing and analyzing structures using steel, concrete, and wood.

· Detailed Estimation & Costing:

Prepare detailed estimates and cost analyses for various construction projects, with an analytical understanding of various material.

· Procurement of Building Materials:

Manage the procurement process for essential building materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

· Material Analysis:

Evaluate building materials to ensure they meet design specifications and project requirements.

· Coordination with Site Engineers:

Coordinate effectively with site engineers to ensure project alignment and address any construction challenges.

· Project Reporting:

Prepare comprehensive project reports that reflect progress at various building stages.

· Knowledge of Prefab Materials:

Familiarity with prefab materials in steel, concrete, and wood is highly desirable.

· Site Inspections:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with material specifications and identify any deviations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proficient in construction software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
