Key Responsibilities Visit residential, commercial, and industrial properties for inspection. Take site measurements, photographs, and condition notes. Coordinate with the internal valuation team to gather data. Prepare valuation reports in Excel/Google Sheets based on templates. Assist in documentation and submission of reports as per government formats. Ensure timely and professional communication with clients, if required. Requirements Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience: 0–10 years (Freshers welcome if willing to learn fast). Basic understanding of property valuation is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Comfortable traveling for property visits. Good observation, documentation, and report-writing skills. Must have a smartphone with a camera. Bonus if you have a two-wheeler for faster site visits (travel allowance will be provided).
