Office Boy / Peon

Location - East Delhi Salary - 10,000+ About the Role: The Office Boy is a crucial member of our team, responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining all office areas, including desks, chairs, floors, windows, and restrooms. Emptying trash bins and recycling containers. Replenishing office supplies such as paper, pens, and toner cartridges. Watering plants and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the office. Errands and Deliveries: Running errands outside the office, such as picking up supplies, delivering documents, and making bank deposits. Assisting with mail distribution and ensuring timely delivery of internal and external communications. Ordering and collecting food and beverages for meetings and events. Administrative Support: Answering phones and taking messages. Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and other basic office tasks. Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel. Organizing and setting up meeting rooms and conference halls. Additional Duties: Assisting with other tasks as assigned. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. Ensuring the security and safety of the office environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual. Must be able to lift and move boxes of up to 25 pounds.
