design, estimation, structural, and site execution teams

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end project execution of prefab and LGSF buildings
• Site coordination, supervision, and quality control
• Understanding and implementing drawings, specifications, and execution details
• Monitoring project progress, timelines, and material usage
• Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and site supervisors
• Ensuring compliance with structural standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks
• Learning and adapting to innovative construction technologies and workflows

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in the civil engineering / construction industry
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Languages: English & Malayalam (mandatory)
• Location: Candidates from anywhere in Kerala willing to relocate to Kozhikode
• Strong understanding of basic civil execution and site practices
• Willingness to learn Prefab, LGSF, and steel-based construction systems
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
